Job Summary:
Factory Manager has integral role of Managing Pasta factory operations, driving departmental efficiencies to meet business objectives by troubleshooting, identifying, implementing and managing process improvement to enhance business effectiveness and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
• To closely monitor & improve OEE of all production lines by making sure availability of all required resources and fixing all operational constraints.
• Optimum material utilization by reducing process wastes and efficient utilization
• Organize production consistent with plan and closely monitor.
• Minimize breakdowns by autonomous maintenance and implementation on preventive maintenance schedule.
• To reduce manufacturing cost & manpower cost with efficient and optimal utilization of all available resources.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
a) Drafting and vetting of contracts and agreements: Vetting and scrutiny of all major corporate contracts, commercial agreements including lease contracts, tenancy agreements, know-how licence agreements and trade mark user agreements. Limit exposure to risk and liability.
b) Legal counseling: Provide timely and appropriate legal advice and requisite legal support to all Business Units/entities across IFFCO Group.
c) Mergers & acquisitions: Drafting of Joint Venture Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements and other documents related to acquisitions to properly reflect the commercial aspects of the transaction and safeguard IFFCO’s interest. Attending to related corporate and secretarial documentation. Coordination with external lawyers in conducting Legal Due Diligence.
d) Litigation: Issuance of legal notices, preparing summary of cases, pleadings and liaisoning with external lawyers to pursue litigation of all nature ranging from civil, criminal, labour, property, consumer, tort and trademark related for and against IFFCO Group of Companies.
e) Corporate matters: Incorporation of Companies, establishment of Representative Offices / Branches across various countries. Handling secretarial work including drafting of board/shareholder meetings and resolutions, drafting of Memorandum and Articles of Association and applying for relevant licenses and regulatory approvals.
f) Legal research: Conducting legal research as and when required for extending effective and timely advice to the management or the business unit on any legal issue. Periodically update management on the amendments to the laws and regulations in GCC and North Africa Region and their impact on IFFCO Group businesses.
g) Intellectual Property Rights: Protect intellectual property rights of IFFCO Group in coordination with Group’s TM Attorney in India.
h) Legal expenses: Ensuring effective cost reduction on Legal Service expenses through judicious mix of internal resources/external counsels.
i) External counsels: Maintain effective relationship with external counsels.

To date we've experienced considerable success in maintaining our service levels by building new facilities to meet our capacity demands. However, we are now constrained in our ability to build any further capacity, so we must change how we work to optimise the use of our existing infrastructure.
To meet this requirement, a new Planning and Monitoring department has been created to enable informed, planned and predictable airport operations that exceed our customers' expectations.
This new department brings together the following previous divisions:
* JCR
* Operations Planning
* Stand Planning
* Airport Performance
Three new departments; Planning, Review and Performance, Operations Monitoring, and Continuous Improvement, will focus on before the day planning, on the day operations, and after the day long term improvements.
To support this new department, a new operational Training and Development centre called Campus is being established to develop and embed new ways of working, aligning people, process and technology for operational efficiency. In order to achieve the new ways of working, Campus will include taught content, experiential learning, one to one development, team building and coaching and mentoring. Initially focused around supporting the development of the Planning and Monitoring function, Campus will eventually look to support the wider operations department.
About the Role:
The job holder is responsible for delivering of integrated operational plans for the current schedule and the next declared IATA seasons, up to the plan handover to the AOCC (typically 24-48 hours before day of ops), and providing performance data to Planning Manager and other stakeholders (e.g. Capacity Planning, Operations) to enable a robust capacity declaration to be developed and support operations management.
