Job Summary:

Factory Manager has integral role of Managing Pasta factory operations, driving departmental efficiencies to meet business objectives by troubleshooting, identifying, implementing and managing process improvement to enhance business effectiveness and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• To closely monitor & improve OEE of all production lines by making sure availability of all required resources and fixing all operational constraints.

• Optimum material utilization by reducing process wastes and efficient utilization

• Organize production consistent with plan and closely monitor.

• Minimize breakdowns by autonomous maintenance and implementation on preventive maintenance schedule.

• To reduce manufacturing cost & manpower cost with efficient and optimal utilization of all available resources.

• Develop and ensure implementation on quality management system, GMP, Safety and Hygiene standards.

• Periodically review performance of Shift Managers and Operators with the objective of improving performance and building greater result orientation and self-motivated TEAM.

• Participation and implementation of project in Production areas

• Strict adherence to process quality standards to reduce market complaints & Zero product recall.
