•Sales report collection, posting & reporting to Manager•Sales cash reconciliation and posting as per the sales report•Credit card sales reconciliation and posting•Weekly & Monthly sales report to management •Sales invoices collection, verifying & posting•Invoice matching with the delivery note•Month end Salesmen stock reconciliation •GRN & Local purchase posting •Suppliers invoices posting .Reconciling the statement attained by vendor and processing the payment as per the agreed terms.•Outlet transfer posting •Intercompany transfer posting•Collection, verify & posting lease rent cheques & contracts•Prepare deposit slip for rental cheques and depositing on daily basis•Rent schedule updation•Preparation of Security deposit refund•Preparation of Brokerage commission •Petty cash voucher verification, posting & payment preparation•Month end consumption posting•Utility payments preparation•Supplier recon and payment preparation•Bank reconciliation•Cheque preparations•Payment releasing to vendors
