•To achieve assigned outlet’s monthly and quarterly retail targets, including limousine and self drive.

• Submitting different daily and monthly reports of retail sales and vehicle movement, as well as overtime assessments of all drivers.

•Responsible of accurately and efficiently completing all operational documents according to company procedures and regulations.

• To follow up regularly on payments for limousine and rental services to ensure that payments are made on time.

•To be the first to take in, analyze, then resolve any customer complaints.

•Approach new business segments.

•To build relations with the hotel management of each department relating to operations of the designated hotel.

•To comply with all transportation requests of the outlet’s guests and hotel requests relating to operations.

•Responsible of maintaining the outlet’s fleet of vehicles, including exterior and interior, and to report to, and coordinate with the Fleet Controller regarding any damages and/or mechanical services. Also to ensure the availability of all car documents (insurance and registration) inside each vehicle.

•Coordinate and cooperate with other retail outlets regarding general retail requests including fleet movement with check listing, and driver movement.

•Proper management of driver job assignment as well efficient scheduling of drivers, keeping overtime to a minimum, but ensuring the availability of sufficient drivers to handle requested services.

•To ensure the crisp, clean, and polished appearance of all drivers and their business attire.

•Responsible of handling any minor disputes between staff members, and reporting any major staff problems to the management.

•Responsible for reporting to the designated outlet on time, and assuring the timely attendance of drivers.

•Update management of requirements of vehicles and drivers according to the increase of business
