Personal Assistant
Our client a luxury real estate firm is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to support their CEO in Dubai.
The role includes office management and a degree of HR, which involves:
• Designing and implementing office policies
• Liaising with agencies on the companies behalf and updating all correspondences
• Supervising office administration staff
• Maintaining general office equipment and inventory
• Devising job descriptions for staff and interviewing candidates
• Assisting in the selection and appraisals of support staff
The role is varied and will offer good working experience enabling the successful candidate to get involved with the Event Organization and Marketing aspects of the company, arranging company Board meetings in accordance with the articles of the company.
