Trainers/Instructors - Network Operating Systems/IT Security/Database Programming - S.O.S. HR Solutions

BASIC FUNCTION:



Deliver quality classes to a variety of clientele.



PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:



1. Teach assigned classes.



2. Assist the Training Manager in supporting the Sales Department.



• Provide knowledge base to Sales Department in areas of expertise.



• Assist Sales Department in determining client needs.



3. Where required, set up computers or access at onsite locations and perform basic troubleshooting when equipment is not operational.



4. Prepare for future classes, by utilizing available resources.



5. Perform other duties and tasks as designated by the Training Manager.
