JOB PURPOSE:

"Maintain and monitor the Stationary equipment's at MARAFIQ YII facilities to ensure the enhancement of its performance, availability and maintainability.

This role operates under the direction of Foreman . The jobholder is accountable for the maintenance function of stationary equipment.

The nature of jobholder’s job is highly dangerous as he is accountable for monitoring all equipment during its operation.

The job is subject to normal plant work environment - noise, fumes, high temperature and pressures, oil, gas, high voltage, high speed stationary equipment @ high locations,etc..

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Corrective Maintenance:

Balances all the Equipment's to ensure that it returns to its normal working condition.

Equipment Monitoring:

Monitor the physical condition of stationary equipment upon receiving order from Supervisor, Mechanical Technical support so that equipment is maintained in a suitable condition and any maintenance can be carried out in a planned manner.

Preventive Maintenance:

Measures thickness of Plant Equipment's using suitable equipment detector, and takes temperature / vibration readings using the available equipment's as per directions from his supervisor.

Reporting:

Take log of all routine and emergency incidents; maintain the information in the system database. Prepare routine and special reports as per directions from supervisor.

Follow all relevant operational procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
