Sales Manager / Real Estate






JOB PURPOSE:



Determine the strategic vision for the local market in order to help reaching the short & long-term objectives of the business, setting adequate product, service and sales plans for future developments. Represent the company and its values among customers, suppliers and competitors.



Tasks:



Set and implement the sales strategy to meet the overall company’s strategy.







Develop short and long term objectives, policies, and operating plans.







Design sales plans in order to achieve designated goals and objectives







Detail a yearly Plan, Forecast and Rolling Forecast in accordance with allocated and approved objectives and budget.







Asses and analyze the market place through opportunities, growth, potentials, exposure, trends and changes.







Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities.







Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating the company’s needs and goals.







Drive team to achieving high performance.







Gather appropriate market intelligence about future customer plans.







Regularly provide reports to Top Management by channel covering: actual sales vs. forecast, and market place.







Prepare and conduct quarterly detailed presentations covering all aspect of the business.







Ensure status reports every month to buyers is submitted promptly.







Advise & contribute on all marketing materials on projects.



Approve all contracts and related forms signed by salespeople







Report on sales activities to top management







Participate with HR in the recruitment of his staff by viewing selected CVs and interviewing candidates.







Coach, develop and motivate assigned team.







Coordinate with HR for setting adequate seminars and training sessions for sales agents in order to improve sales techniques.







Develop and monitor employee performance goals and conduct regular feedback sessions.







Evaluate the personnel within his team.
