In the role of Sales Coordinator for Sandgate, Dubai, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales Manager and play a key role in the coordination of the Sales Team.

You will report to the Sales Manager and your daily responsibilities will include processing orders, preparing quote sheets, updating stocks list, responding to enquiries, following up on payments, coordinating with logistics and liaising with Buyers and Stores on follow up orders.

You should have great communication and interpersonal skills as you will be building and developing strong business relationships with new and existing channels.

About You

To be a successful Sales Coordinator, you should have previous experience in a similar role, have excellent knowledge of MS Office with strong Excel skills, good analytical skills and attention to detail and knowledge of SAP would be a strong advantage. You must be able to generate reports and extract details in excel.

A good knowledge of the UAE market, preferably in the toy industry, would be advantageous.
