 Perform daily payroll operations

 Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely

 Understand and adhere proper taxation of employer paid benefits

 Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.

 Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers.

 Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages.

 Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.

 Maintains payroll information by designing systems; directing the collection, calculation, and entering of data.

 Ensure compliance with regards to employment legislation within the Egyptian laws, disciplinary and other procedures and other contractual obligations.

 Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.

 Implement HR policies and initiatives, such as performance management, compensation, employee relations, training, legal compliance, and internal communications, reward, professional growth, handling employee matters
