Reporting to the Senior Resident Engineer and is the person primarily responsible for the provision of the Construction Supervision Services of the Planning aspects. Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Monitor the Planning and Project controlling works for conformance with Project procedures (Contract, PMP, PQP, Consultancy agreements, etc.)

• Coordinate with Contractor and the Client

• Advise the Client of any site conditions or other circumstances affecting the work.

• Follow-up / Review / Comment Contractors Daily Report

• Follow-up/ Review / Comment Contractors Weekly Report

• Follow-up/ Review / Comment Contractors Three week Look Ahead Submission

• Prepare / Finalize EGIS Weekly Progress Report submission to KBR

• Prepare / Finalize EGIS Weekly Quantity report to KBR

• Follow-up/ Review / Comment CCCTJV Monthly Report Submission

• Prepare / Finalize EGIS Monthly Report submission to KBR

• Attend & prepare minutes of meeting for weekly / monthly Progress Meeting with contractor

• Attend any necessary weekly site construction meeting with the Contractor and Client

• Attend third-party co-ordination meetings

• Progress verification with EGIS site team

• Regular Site visits to analyze or verify the progress.

• Progress monitoring and Notifying Contractor on slow progress, areas of concern, etc.

• Review and Finalize the baseline schedule/revised schedule /recovery schedule/ impacted schedule

• Primavera Schedule tracking for progress updates and to verify the accuracy and for various reporting purpose.

• Time Impact analysis for Contractor delays or VO’s

• Review and analyze the Contractors’ Claims and prepare recommendations report
