The Regional Make-Up Artist/ Trainer role is to deliver a premium level of make-up artistry to customers in store and during promotions and events. She has to suggest and advise customers on products and techniques to support the stores sales. In addition, she is responsible for training and educating the Beauty Advisors on several make-up skills and enhancing their product knowledge.

1.Training & Education:

 Develop make-up skill training material and tool kits for the Beauty Advisors.

 Develop training material concerning new product (sales talk, selling flow, product demo) in order to enhance the Beauty Advisors product knowledge.

 Coach the Beauty Advisors selling techniques and provide them tips to develop their skills.

 Participate and lead in store training sessions in order to educate and inspire other selling associates with new product arrivals.

2.Make Up Artist:

 Attend make-up fashion venues seminars and any other sponsored events as makeup artist e.g. Fashion shows to gain publicity and brand awareness.

 Organize promotions in coordination with the Brand Manager.

 Sell the 3 Axis products during promotions in order to achieve target.

 Welcome customers coming in for a makeover, identify their needs, recommend and demonstrate appropriate products, whilst carrying out the makeover.

 Recommend appropriate link products to promote cross selling and increase overall sales.

 Implement new techniques of make-up as per the attended training courses conducted by appropriate suppliers on makeup, skincare products and product application.

 Support in-store activities and animation standards to increase customer loyalty.

 Support the store staff during in store promotions to drive sales performance and enhance the brand image.
