The successful candidate will plan, organize and implement selling strategies within an assigned sales territory to achieve sales targets and goals of the entire McGraw-Hill Higher Education product portfolio, including Custom and Digital materials. Furthermore, he/she will build relationships and promote MHE products to all customers and assist in establishing MHE as the leading digital learning company. Required Skills The Role: Promote, sell and deliver McGraw-Hill Higher Education products to customers to achieve and/or exceed established sales targets and goals Actively prioritize technology, media and digital product offerings to all opportunities and sales calls Establish one’s self as the Digital Learning Consultant for the assigned accounts and territories and lead their shift from print to digital Travel extensively throughout the territory of responsibility Qualifications Required Experience The Candidate: Bachelor’s degree3+ years proven sales success; working experience in the educational markets with a focus on digital products, will be considered a plus Consultative sales experience Strong digital skills and ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies Ability to work in a dynamic/complex environment Entrepreneurial spirit Articulate; superior communication & interpersonal skills Strong presentation skills and ability to close the sale Fluent Turkish and English language skills are essential
