Customer Service Representative - Universal Recruitment

The job holder is responsible to provide customers with a high level of service. In the following up & communicating all required information, whilst assuring the level of service is in accordance with the agreed standards in communicating and intercating with customers.



This role involves continuos interaction with Borouge custmoers while acting as focal point with the internal stakeholders and functions company wide & to contribute to the assurance of customer service.



This role demands a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, timely reporting and good organizational skills.
