Training Officer - First National Bank
- Handles all BDL 103 activities (Registration, database update..) - Manipulates the training activities and ensures proper registration and follow up - Handles the settlement of invoices - Coordinates with heads of departments the confirmation of full time employees - Handles the Banking Studies increase process - Manages the E-Learning activities on admin account - Assists in the implementation of the performance appraisal process - Updates the Exit Interview records - Assists the employees and answers their queries - Performs other duties pertinent to this job, as requested by immediate supervisors
