*Provide input to the leasing strategy and business plan in order to identify new leasing opportunities in local markets and achieve the annual leasing objectives.

*Study the leasing market, carry out market research on size, location, pricing, etc. and develop leasing plans in order to achieve or exceed the leasing objectives.

*Draft the leasing policies, processes, standard templates, procedures and formats in order to improve the quality of leasing practices.

*Implement leasing policies, systems, processes and procedures to ensure the consistent and systematic application of leasing practices.

*Plan, organize and ensure that all leasing procedures are followed by employees in executing leasing operations, for various locations, to fulfill the business objectives.

*Work closely with the Senior Manager to identify potential business opportunities from B to B customers (Institutional business like companies) and B to C customers (leasing to individual customers) and negotiate/execute leasing deals in order to achieve leasing targets in line with business objectives.

*Ensure timely response to client enquiries; organize site visits and completion of all the lease documentation in order to close the leasing deals while delivering customer satisfaction.

*Assist the Senior Manager in sourcing of leasable properties from the market that ensures profitability and growth for the business through auction sale.

*Provide leadership in the section - setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal - in order to maximize subordinate and departmental performance in the pursuit of the Department objectives.

*Ensure preparation of timely Management reports so as to monitor and review the performance of company against key performance indicators in order to highlight any variances to management for corrective action .

*day to day leasing activities including controlling the retailers database with full details, research to find the retailers and adhere to the leasing strategies and objectives set by the Director .
