Restaurant Manager

1. JOB PURPOSE

The Restaurant Manager is fully in-charge of the day to day functioning of the entire venue, managing all areas of the operation under his supervision, ensuring consistent implementation of Bushido corporate specific standards. He is also responsible for training, development, utilizing, and refinement of skills, efficient operation and profitability. He must follow up on projects assigned to him by International Hotel Establishment (IHE).
