• Preparation of Bill of Quantities.



• Prepare Material takeoff and cost estimates.



• Check Contractors valuations.



• Check and record measure of work done.



• Manage and value variations.



• Checks claims from Contractors.







• Check materials on site against delivery notes.



• Assists with preparation of payments to Contractors.



• Assist with preparation of monthly financial statements.



• Checking of several works final account



• Agreement of final accounts
