Our client is a global management consultancy with a recently established office in Dubai. They are experiencing rapid growth as a result of winning multiple long term projects across the region and as such are looking for a Manager to join the team. The business particularly focuses on clients within government and defense, financial services and healthcare.

A Manager is responsible for the management of several small projects or fewer medium size projects. It also involves managing client relationships and frequent contact with senior-level managers to provide technical expertise and project direction.

Responsibilities will also include;

Taking ownership for developing the client relationship and opportunities for the account.

Running proposal/sales efforts and closing of select opportunities.

Managing staff and participating in recruiting efforts.

Project financial management which includes the achievement of revenue, profitability and cash management goals.
