Job Summary:

Develop corporate communications plan to cover all Aldar related stories

Develop CEO comms plan – positioning, training, media office, media relations

Responsible for reputation in the marketplace and crisis management comms

Roles and Responsibilities:

Strategy:

Develop strategy for developments, products, subsidiaries

Develop CEO positioning as thought leadership

Develop crisis management comms

Develop internal comms plan

Financial PR and quarterly/annually reporting

Investor relations

Market research & competitive intelligence:

Conduct research on case studies, white paper to lobby and influence the market

Set up policy/guidelines for all media interactions in the organization for interviews, quotes, emails, and any other form of communication

Create interest and demand through media, press releases, conferences, interviews, content management, internal communications, risk management and collaterals.

liaise with senior manager corporate communication for all concepts and copywriting for all collateral pieces, advertising, direct mail, etc.

Monitor corporate reputation through conventional and digital media

Create and grow strategic media relationships

Develop CEO and executive speeches

Maintain close and continuous communication with key business journalists and editors in the UAE and regionally

Assist in managing all Aldar CSR initiatives

Oversee the Implementation of Aldar’s Digital / Social Media Strategy

Build and maintain strong relationship with external parties such as gov, upc, councils.Reporting Lines:

10+ years of Corporate Communication experience

5+ years of local experience

Strong understanding of real estate sector and Abu Dhabi real estate market dynamics
