3- Negotiation with suppliers for achieving optimum prices.

4- Follow up recording new localized items & supplier data on the system.

5- Follow up tryout production for localized parts with suppliers & comparing specification with drawing, data sheet or foreign sample.

6- Make all report need to assure that the material and dimensions are same between original sample and local one.

7- Finalized acceptance procedure for localized sample with foreign company.

8- Follow up model tryout within the assembly line in our plant.

9- Making all GOFI studies.

10- Study of global & domestic material & energy prices for modifying prices of local parts.

11- Coordination Design department & sales for continuous improving of outsourcing quality or reducing cost.
