Demand Planner Coordinator - HOLDAL, Abou Adal Group
The Demand Planner Coordinator’s job consists in coordinating the purchasing activities of HOLDAL, and maintaining required inventory levels of goods. The role consists in completing and approving all purchasing requests to ensure best quantities.
Main Tasks:
1- Partner and coordinate with business leaders as to ensure proper control is performed on orders. Suggest changes if needed.
2- Maintain and ensure accuracy of Master Data & ordering parameters.
3- Handle purchase orders process and ensure that order parameters are aligned with cost optimization and suppliers’ agreements.
4- Follow up on In transits with suppliers and Shipping function
5- Ensure that negotiated prices & ordering terms are in line with business needs & Suppliers’ agreements.
6- Ensure orders and inventory and cost optimization. Highlight and justify key variances vs. expected stocks.
7- Handle procurement reporting: Inventory & goods in transit, forecast accuracy, costing etc.
8- Raise potential issues to Procurement Manager Business Leaders and Holdal Management.
9- Intervene and assist on rolling out Procurement function across Holdal Operations.
10- Identify, research, analyze and resolve problems relating to purchasing issues.
11- Intervene on other projects as assigned.
