Mission and main challenges

• Supporting Tacticals Claims from all dealers

• Supporting Tactical Process

• Preparing ad hoc analyses for Sales and Sontrolling

Responsibilities/Tasks and Customers

Claims Processing

• Check compliance with campaigns general Terms and Conditions

• Check pricing and adherence to Tacticals process

• Update supporting calculation

• Coordinate with Regional Sales Managers

• Upload claims in workflow system

• Documentation and archiving of all tactical related documents

Ad hoc reports

• Reconciliation of tactical payments per market

• Reconciliation with Controlling QV data

• Reconciliation of supports committed by AG with supports committed to markets

• Collect AG support commitment letters and maintain overview

Internal projects

• Update QlikView Report Tacticals

• Supporting i.Serve project

• Standardization and optimization of business processes

• Implementation of guidelines and policies

Knowledge Management

• Maintain electronic document filing system

• Prepare standard templates and documents

• Document lessons learned and best practices
