Shop Supervisor - Fashion Retail


• Drive sales with a focus on guest satisfaction while increasing guest count



• Promote maximum sale of merchandise by understanding customer needs, overcoming objections, and encouraging add on & cross selling techniques



• Implement professional methods of Stock management (Plan to promote slow selling items, control stock replenishments to optimum levels and reduce stock loss prevention figures



• Plans and prepares work schedules and assigns employees to specific areas



• Direct, coach, support and communicate effectively with the team



• Constantly reviews store environment and key business indicators to identify problems, concerns and opportunities for improvement



• Ensures compliance of employees with established safety, policies, procedures, security, sales, productivity and record keeping procedures and practices



• Ensure all standards of uniforms and personal hygiene are maintained as per Company Standards, at all time



• Assist with the planning of activities concerning advertising campaigns & promotions



• Carry out all administrative tasks associated with the team & the running of the Store



• Set clear goals for associates and follows up on them



• Maintain and develop Sales Manual and Sales Tools



• Assign and maintain shop sales, target groups and quotas



• Coordinate shop sales and marketing activities with other departments on product, market and business development



• Prepare and submit sales forecasts/plan, budgets, progress and annual sales reports



• Periodic review of the growth and progress of the shop based on forecasts and projections



• Coordinate with Human Resources on hiring, training, performance reviews and appraisals of sales force team



• Develop goals, objectives, projects, and conduct campaigns, trade fairs, corporate events and other promotional activities



• Create and maintain direct contact with certain selected customers, be aware of their needs to meet expectations and guarantee customer satisfaction of the company’s products and services
