Sales Support - Nan's Group/FACT Middle East
We are seeking a proactive and organized receptionist who will be primarily working in a sales support function. Candidate should have previous experience with sales support and administration and should have excellent English communication, both written and oral. Arabic is a plus. Job role includes: Answering office phones and directing inquiries and other calls Sales database management Setting and confirming meetings for sales staff Coordinating between regional sales teams Customer/client relations Telesales and cold calling Sales order administration Sales record keeping and reporting The company is forward thinking and progressive with a friendly working atmosphere.
