Patient Access Lead


The incumbent will be responsible to maintain effective and efficient flow of patients and staff in PHCC’s registration area, and supervise the Administrative services staff to ensure quality services and accurate documentation is being delivered.



Supervise, guide, and assist the registration clerks and receptionists as necessary to ensure effective and efficient services are provided.



Oversee the daily activities of the registration, appointment, and receptionist staff, and develop statistical quality assurance report.



Ensure administrative staff is responding to phone calls appropriately, accurately, and in a timely manner.



Ensure Administrative staff are documenting data into the appropriate systems and required information are collected, accurately and timely.



Support administrative staff by answering phone calls and educate customers about PHCC’s provided healthcare programs, procedures, and healthcare services.



Maintain smooth, organized, and orderly flow of patients moving in and out of PHCC’s premises.



Assist customers in queries regarding registration, appointments procedures, and any other operational concern.



Guide patients and visitors to appropriate departments and answer customer questions, appropriately.



Delivers constructive feedback to subordinates in a timely manner, to assist them enhance work performance.



Assist in educating the administrative services staff of any changes in their roles, systems, and procedures.



Ensure that the registration, appointment, receptionist staff adhere to PHCC’s policies and procedures.



Facilitate patient’s visits to the Health Center, by answering questions, guiding patients, and report complaints to the relevant customer services personnel.



Collaborate with all members of PHCC’s management and Administrative Department to provide cohesive and professional services.



To attend the frequent steering committee meetings and section meetings.



To participate and share relevant information in the Auditing committee



Identify and suggest improvement processes, and discuss relevant matters, with the HC Administrator.
