Sales Executive - Luxury Technicals


1. Participates in the creation and implementation of the sales business plan. 2. Proactively identifies prospects, qualifying them, introducing and determining their requirements, through cold and warm calls, direct sales, networking to create and maintaining referral agents, social media and other channels. 3. Conducts on-site and off-site meetings with sales leads and potential customers, and provide assistance/consultancy in closing the deal. 4. Acquires key information about potential projects, discussing requirements in more detail with clients and explain how we work to gain trust to earn the business. 5. Achieves then exceeds targets and objectives mutually agreed. 6. Initiates, prepares and negotiates proposals with customers for products and services. 7. Monitors established contacts to ensure customer satisfaction. 8. Develops potential customer lists to identify new sales opportunities using available information and through market research. Construction Field Experienced with Good Data Base Contacts (Consultants, Contracts & Developers) 9. Presentable, able to handle multiple accounts of clients 10. Able to Create New Client's Database 11. Good Knowledge of (Landscape, Interior Fit-out and MEP in General) But Not Necessary 12. Only Experienced Candidates with Relevant Experience to be considered. 13. Salary Negotiable Based on Experience 14. 2 - 5 years of sales experience in interior fit out, civil and general maintenance.
