We are looking for an individual to lead our customer lifecycle efforts, focusing on customer profiling, customer retention, customer engagement and a metrics driven approach to engaging the entire HungerStation user base. You’ll be expert at utilization of engagement systems, CRM, email, push notifications, SMS, and user website/app customization. A self-starter, you like to get your “hands dirty” by directly managing these programs as you build a team over time. You will directly oversee the development of the tech stack/infrastructure to support engagement programs. You will have deep experience in a digital/live services business such as games, rewards programs, content publishing or ecommerce.







As the business owner for customer lifecycle management, you’ll be responsible for developing the overall user engagement strategy, operations and programs; including creative testing, success modeling, and application of paid media in support of customer lifecycle efforts. You’ll have a keenly analytical mind and the intellectual curiosity to identify new opportunities to test, grow and iterate our programs, channels and retention models across PC, tablets and mobile devices. A good communicator, you will be able to present your work, new initiatives, business rationales, etc. to internal and external constituents.







Key Responsibilities:







Act as the business owner of all engagement programs including CRM system, reporting, tracking, email, push notifications, SMS, etc.



Own and oversee the platforms and partnerships necessary to deliver engagement and retention at scale.



Develop and validate the engagement and retention system from a comprehensive standpoint across multiple devices and user journeys.



Work closely with management to ensure agreement on KPI’s, metrics and results.



Deliver results. You will be responsible for optimizing the user journey of HungerStation users delivering programs that increase engagement, retention and customer delight. Program success will be measured by the metrics that speak to these areas of focus.



Proactively work with key stakeholders (Sales and Support) to help them identify opportunities to improve conversion of key funnels



Analyze areas with improvement opportunities and make recommendations to stakeholders as changes to test to drive funnel improvements.



Create dashboards and automated reports for marketing teams and other teams, as needed. Provide analysis as part of reporting cadence and develop recommendations based on findings.
