1. Contribution to Company strategy from the commercial point of view

2. Development of the company sales strategy and sales plan to further increase sales volume, market share and profitability per region/key clients; integration of marketing plans per market/region into the sales plans; supervision of the realization of the sales plans.

3. Consolidation of budgets from all the sales regions and key clients BU and development of the annual sales budget for the Company; monitoring of performance against budget and implementation of corrective actions when necessary in order to ensure the realization of goals.

4. Profit and loss accountability for the Commercial function.

5. Development, coordination and management of all selling activities (i.e. regions, products, retail networks etc.); planning and implementation of business development efforts in new regions/ clients identified.

6. Analysis of marketing information provided by sales and development of appropriate corporate-wide strategies for the realization of the company’s medium and long-term business plans.

7. Follow-up and analysis of relevant sales developments and identification of market and customers’ needs to identify and assess new business opportunities.

8. Monitors and ensures high levels of client service and satisfaction that promote the company’s name as “preferred supplier” and build strong client relationships thus increasing sales through business growth and repeat business.

9. Monitors and ensures the provision of high quality after sales services within the regions and for key clients.

10. Monitors and ensures that client needs are properly documented and effectively communicated internally.

11. Reviews and approves criteria for the selection of key clients and key client list

12. Accountable of Generation of new ideas for promotions of products; preparation and launching of new campaigns.

13. Approval and monitoring of promotional activities of the development of the overall corporate image and brand name recognition
