Applies and follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

Day-to-day Operations.

Applies the day-to-day operations assigned for Marketing to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures.

Job Specific Accountabilities.

Assists the Marketing Manager with developing and implementing various projects and campaigns and ensure the daily follow up externally with third parties and internally with other departments.

Manage the marketing executive team assigned to him

Distributes and executes card-member offers through various distribution channels in Saudi Arabia to increase loyalty, revenue and retention. Executes successful statement and direct mail campaigns under the supervision of Marketing Managers.

Manages various communication and brand management related tasks under the supervision of the Marketing Manager. These activities will include copywriting and layout revision, social media and web related material.

Follows up with the communication agencies on all ongoing projects to ensure that deadlines are met in full.

Ensures that Amex brand values and graphic standards are applied to ensure all requires guidelines are followed.

Follows up on all PR related activities to ensure that all events are adequately implemented by the PR agency.

Reporting

Prepares departmental reports timely and accurately to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards.

Safety, Health & Environment.

Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

Related Assignments

Performs other related duties or assignments as directed.
