UAE National - Customer Service Officer


• Ensure close, professional and efficient relations with the customers



• Understand the customer’s needs and improve their satisfaction, and get their comments on the services provided by the company



• Address complaints/issues posted by clients on the company website



• Assist other departments in solving clients problems and channel them to concerned departments when needed. Follow up until they are resolved



• Follow up on all complaints and queries



• Work closely with the Call Centre relating to escalated cases, by providing them support.



• Involve in conducting customer satisfaction surveys and presenting the findings to the Customer Service Manager



• Participate in other projects assigned to the department under the direct supervision of the Customer Service Manager.
