UAE National - Business Development Officer


• Participate in the development, implementation and evaluation of strategic plans for the business development.



• Stay knowledgeable on all products, service offerings, and trends within the industry.



• Progress and complete identified tasks and projects as required in the business planning process.



• Maintain a working knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and codes of practice of the Insurance / TPA industry, and ensure these are adhered to within the division.



• Maintain excellent client/customer relationship and adhere to agreed service levels.



• Scan new business opportunities and keep the Business Development Manager advised with the details.



• Ensure that appropriate performance information is available to report to Senior Management Team on performance against business objectives.



• Undertake and manage research and ad hoc special projects under the guidance of the Business Development Manager.



• Maintain professional development through participation in trainings / seminars to meet the changing demands of the role.
