Technical Support - Al Kifah Holding

• Prepare computers with OS and applications.



• Installing client’s computer on site and configuring networking.



• Handling calls with clients and provide remote support



• Coordinate with IT team.



• Manage hardware stock



• Troubleshoot hardware, application and network problems.



• Prepare network cables, faceplate…etc.



• Client’s files backup and OS imaging.
