- Drawing marketing plan (online and offline) for ELCIM, including visits to companies informing them about our services - Drawing a visibility plan, in order to insure that our services are well known among the industrial, academia and Research communities. - In charge of all internal and external events (setting, organization, catering, coverage of the event, visibility of the event, photos and press releases related, banners and material distributed) and complete follow up. - Preparation and dissemination of the press releases and photos related to any event to the social networks and the corresponding websites and complete follow up of the task. - In charge of all ELCIM related websites: ELCIM - CIT- LSS (complete follow up of all changes, updates made) - In charge of all social media networks related to the centers (Facebook, twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) including displaying the required information, following news provided by other service providers or network members, proposing ideas for network developments, etc. - Responsible to develop content related to industrial topics to be disseminated - In charge of the newsletters provided by the centers (ELCIM - CIT-LSS) including gathering the required information, drafting and dispatching the newsletters, - In charge of all the marketing and communication material associated (brochures, leaflets, banners, etc.) and complete follow up. - In charge of the storage of the communication material including location, shortage in items (etc.) and making propositions to fill in any shortage noticed or replace any damaged items. - Coordination with all concerned parties and personnel at ELCIM and IRI for the completion of the tasks required. - Coordination with the PR department at IRI. - Graphic Design Knowledge (Photoshop, etc.) - Optional Requirements - 2 to 3 years experience - Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university - Work location in Hadat (Lebanese University Campus) - Fluent in English, French and Arabic, with good writing skills in these languages Skills
