Business Development Consultant for Recruitment Agency

This role is a key position, that directly supports the revenue growth of our business. It is an ideal role for someone who has a proven track record of success in B2B sales within recruitment field.



Targeting companies across UAE and GCC, you will be accountable for winning (and retaining) new business by analysing your client's requirements and designing the best possible solution.



You have to be able to discuss in-depth recruitment strategies with senior management and design a simple, yet sophisticated solution.



Ideally you should have knowledge and experience of the recruitment industry however more importantly, you must be able to demonstrate knowledge of the sales life-cycle and prove over-achievement.
