- Reading to them the standard (agreed on) message.



- Noting/writing down (if) any remarks from the Customer.



- Logging of Sales Inquiry... in respective (branch) section of CRM.



- Logging of Tech Issue... in respective (branch) section of CRM.



- Sending Sales Promotions to Customers.



- Any other job as assigned by the Management.
