We are currently looking for a Strategic Planning Consultant who will be responsible to lead the implementation of the E&D strategies in line with clients organizational strategy to provide the client and its customers with highly innovative technical solutions in the short, medium and long terms

Responsibilities

1 Participate and coordinate the development of (E&D) strategies and objectives.

2 Plan, design and lead the execution of tactics and initiatives required to implement E&D strategy to ensure that this unit is appropriately focused, clear on it objectives, and effectively contributing to the overall strategy and goals of the company.

3 Monitor and report E&D objectives and their KPIs.

4 Ensure that the client is able to deliver highly innovative and technologically advanced solutions to customers through the effective identification, assessment and utilisation of the latest relevant technologies.

5 Ensure that policies and standard operating procedures for the E&D Department are strongly aligned with other parts of the organisation, its technology partners, customers and external contractors.

Contribute to the overall leadership and development of the organisation, to ensure that the client delivers strong business performance for its shareholders and key stakeholders

Knowledge:

* Engineering BSc or BA degree. Charted Engineering status

* International business environment

* Excellent project management skills

* Ability to work in a regulated environment with set policies and procedures

Experience

* 8 years in areas evidence with demonstrated success in orchestrating projects and organisational change projects.

* Regional knowledge and experience

Exceptional communication skills and facility in working in working with senior leadership team
