Our primary geographical focus is the Middle East and more specifically the Gulf countries. We are setting up an office in Dubai and are now seeking a Regional Recruitment Manager with excellent business development & sales management skills to operate from the Emirate, providing recruitment services to clients in the local market as well as other countries in the region.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

- At least 5 years’ Business Development experience in the recruitment of project managers, engineers, construction professionals or a similar technical recruitment environment

- A proven track-record of success in recruitment

- Must be familiar with a multi-cultural environment

- Experience in conducting professional presentations at all levels up to CEO

- Disciplined, professional and well-organised sales management skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication in English

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining client contacts in the region supported by Marketing and Recruitment Consultants operating from London.

Key objectives are:

- Manage and support current relationships, liaising with the London office to deliver a high level of service to clients

- Pursue and establish new relationships and convert these into active clients

- Win new business with new clients operating in our sectors in line with the company's business plans

- Provide the marketing department with relevant ‘on-the-ground’ intelligence about new projects and companies

- Support the continuous development of our client portfolio

- Sell and deliver recruitment services to new and existing clients

Qualifications:

Degree-level qualification from an internationally recognised university is preferred; however we are equally interested in hearing from candidates without a degree that possess relevant experience
