Project Controls Manager - Marine Construction - Basra, Iraq

I am currently working with a large Western Contractor who have a requirement for an experience Project Controls Manager on a Breakwater project in Basra, Iraq.

The project is due to be completed in late 2015, at which point the successful candidate will be deployed in another location with the Middle East (UAE, Qatar, KSA).

The key requirements of this position are as follows:

- 10+ Years of Construction Experience

- 3+ Years as a Project Controls Manager

- Recent Marine Project experience

- Middle East experience

- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering

The project is set on a secure site with Private accommodation, Canteen and recreational facilities all provided.
