Job Title: Product Development Manager

Job purpose:

- Assisting in managing Internal & External Customer Experience for Islamic Banking's Retail, SME and Wholesale Banking customers and staff across segments

- Improve communication and resolve process, system and documentation related issues between frontline and back offices

- to assist Head of Islamic Banking in executing marketing, advertisement and promotional activities

Qualifications / Experience Required:

- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position

- Ability to manage and understand risk

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration
