- producing reports to monitor results

- liaising with governmental entities for renewals, cancellations, official registrations

- presenting findings and suggestions

- monitoring the company database

- producing new database from different sources, and keeping them posted of the company Feedback

- monitoring and analyzing market research

- studying market opportunities and services

- Identifying target markets and communicating with them

- Matching clients' requirements' with the company yachts portfolio

- preparing and managing marketing plans and budgets

- managing the production of promotional material

- assisting in preparation of Sales and management contracts

- preparing conferences and events such as Dubai boat show
