We are leading exclusive distributor for multinational companies (FMCG) in the health/personal/baby care sectors in the GCC with over 30 years of experience in the field. We are recruiting creative and results-oriented Marketing Manager for our Saudi business. The candidate reports to the company President.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a marketing and sales strategy in order to deliver volume, share and profit targets as specified.

- Oversee marketing functions such as market research, product development and design, price setting, launching new products, planning advertising campaigns and monitoring sales performance.

- Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the products/services.

- Monitor and analyze product performance and customer feedback to generate new product ideas, identify product/service features that need adaptation to meet customer needs and liaise with other areas of the organization.

- Conduct market visits and periodical brand valuation.

- Ensure all marketing activities comply with annual budgets, quarterly forecast and monthly demand plans and reporting results of department.

- Manage sales forecasts and budgets, monitor sales volume, revenue and cost against forecast, and adapt plans to improve the sales performance of the products and services.

- Develop and maintain the social media platform for our brands.
