- Develop and analyze financial projections for the Group, subsidiaries, business unitsand specific projects, using assumptions for key variables, business driversand economic outlook and in discussion with relevant internal and externalconsultants.

- Analyse monthly historical financial statements in terms of financial ratios andfinancial health with comparative analysis based on historical and peer groupanalysis.

- Preparing and providing all financial information requested by banks/financial institutions for new and ongoing funding facilities.

- Once project bids have been secured, developing bank financing proposals with debtservicing the projects to be submitted to Banks

- Collaborate with the Senior Management to ensure that appropriate management information is extracted from the accounting and financial IT systems where required toprepare accurate financial proposals for companies, businesses, and newprojects.

- Developing and maintaining a financial database and record of allfinancial information provided to Banks for easy reference by management.

- Develop, maintain and distribute ad-hoc reports and financial models as needed.
