Medical Director - Kinetic Business Solutions

A world leader in the pharmaceutical industry based in Saudi Arabia is actively recruiting for a Medical Director. This client has the ability and reputation for being able to attract and retain the very best talent on the market, so competition for this opportunity will be high.

Key aspects of the role include:

- Provides leadership to the in-country Medical Affairs Team he/she is leading aligned with the strategies, business goals and customer needs.

- Participates in Strategic Planning Process to provide insight, expertise and medical support to the business.

- Ensures processes and procedures within medical are continuously reviewed and updated to meet current and future business needs.

- Leads, motivates and enhances the performance of the Medical Affairs Team through coaching and by direct example.

- Represents the immediate point of reference to the Country Manager for medical issues, advises the Country Manager on medical issues and assures appropriate resolution.

Quality ad Compliance Manager - Kinetic Business Solutions

Market leading multinational pharmaceutical company is seeking a Quality & Compliance Manager to be based in Dubai and cover MEAT region. This is a well respected organization that is focused on building a significant presence in the Middle East Tukey & Africa region. The Dubai office is the regional base and the team consists of high caliber individuals from a range of backgrounds.

Key aspects of the role include:

- Ensure that GMP standards are in compliance with the company and regulatory standards

- Design and improve Quality Management systems and procedures

- Review and approve the SOP s, validation, qualification, protocols, annual review, batch record, and manufacturing record.

- Quality Audit and Inspection Management.

- Act as a Local Complaint Officer

- GDP responsibilities towards authorities

- Ensure adequate CAPA plans are established.

- Be a key member of the change control board

- Product Supply support & Manage external service providers.

- Coaching and developing QA colleagues towards achieving high performance

- Managing all quality issues regarding investigations & complaints

- Coordinate & promptly perform any recall operation for medical products.
