Manager Financial Accounting | Al Maha Airways | Jeddah - Qatar Airways

About Your Job:

Al Maha Airways is the Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia's newest Airline.

In this role you will be responsible for all financial accounting and reporting of Al Maha Airways. You will also, ensure external and internal accounting, reporting and audit requirements are met as well as the financial reports reflected accurately.

You will be accountable to present an objective view of the airlines financial situation from a fiscal perspective and provide sound recommendation s for the allocation of resources in the most efficient way to achieve the provide sound and objective. You must manage the annual audit for Al Maha Airways, including communicating and following up on all audit recommendations. You will be responsible for establishing and implementing short and long range department goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures. You will maintain an effective relationship with all functional directors and outstations managers. You will train and develop other employees for proper succession planning and risk management.

About You:

To be successful in this role you will hold a Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in addition to a post-graduation certificate in CA\ACCA or CPA is a must. You will have a minimum of 8 years' of job related experience is required within Airline accounting, reporting and revenue accounting field. Moreover, you must be fluent with excellent command in English and advanced in ERP Financial systems. With excellent communication, as is the ability to work effectively across the organisation in a multi-cultural environment.

About Your Job:

Al Maha Airways is the Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia's newest Airline.

In this role you will be responsible for managing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Accounting, Treasury and GL of Al Maha head office and outstations as well as managing Treasury and lead in Risk management decision making and ensuing compliance with Finance policies & IAPs.

You will ensure timely AR accounting with proper review mechanism and accountability on overdue receivables and monitor defaults across al Maha network and make claim with insurance company for amounts not recoverable .You must assist in business plans and management projects from Treasury perspective. You will be responsible for accurate accounting for all revenue related transactions and compliance of such transitions with reference to passenger and cargo. You will ensure timely and correct recording of revenue, review policies, IAPs, review policies, procedures and agreements with GSA/CSA/PSA Airlines, which may affect passenger revenue accounting. You will train and develop other employees for proper succession planning and risk management.

About You:

About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Service Advisors to work for one of our primary automotive business Al-Futtaim Motors in Dubai. The main responsibilities of the role will include (but not be limited to):

* Receiving customer vehicles for service and repair jobs and raising repair orders on internal system with regards to the Body shop

* Providing detailed explanations and technical justifications for additional repairs with cost estimates and approval from customers

* Regularly following up with workshop controllers and technicians on vehicle status, updating customers regularly on progress and ensuring delivery of vehicles within proposed timeframe.

* Raising Warranty approvals and service orders.

* Raising special orders for parts not available and following up to keep the customer updated.

* Preparing invoices on internal systems and arranging for active delivery of vehicles.

* Following up payments of credit customers and ensuring collection within stipulated time.

* Regularly monitoring of orders raised and ensures billing is on time.

* Conducting post service follow- up to ensure customer satisfaction.
