Globally recognised petrochemical and oil and gas company with joint venture operation in Qatar for a large aviation fuel terminal

Description

This is a key role in the operation and organisation requiring you to take responsibility for the following areas:-

- All terminal operations across the JV in Qatar

- Management and supervision of all operations staff to achive the strategic intent

- Special focus on operational excellence, improvements and cost management

- Promote and responsible for all safe working practises, HSE, environmental legislation, corporate policy and adherance to standards

- Manage all people related issues, development and training

- Ensure optimum use of assets and oversee all capital expenditure and projects

Profile

The successful candidate must have

- Minimum 5 years + experience in Terminal operations

- Must have Aviation fuel products experiecne

- Be able to demonstrate a strong track record in Operational excellence and improvement of operations

- Excellent communication, team working, leadership, motivation, organisational and people management skills
