The Procurement & Contracting Manager will be responsible for the administration of the operations of purchase, property, contracts and vendor management section.

In addition to ensuring the life cycle process/operations are compliance with regulatory agencies.

Description

- Formulate policies and procedures as if necessary to align with the banking business.- Administer and review tenders evaluation and analysis for recommendation to TC- Coordination with Internal partners i.e. business groups Retail Management, Legal, Insurance, Projects and maintenance, Poject Implementation Committee from initial stage of preparing business cases until signing agreements and execution of projects.- Develop and build business partnership with external partners i.e. government and private agencies and all vendors( Consultants, Contractor and landlords)- Demonstrate spearheading programs to continually provide timely support to critical operations reduce costs and improve profitability of the bank.- To Participate on Project Management Implementation, Engineering consultation and supervisions.- Perform negotiation with vendors, verify and evaluate their registration formalities and yearly performance- Perform project planning, supervision, technical acumen and commercial analysis and extend guidance to business partners to comply with policies while processing the type of projects.- Prepare Budget forecast and analyze the tender bids (Technical and commercial proposals)- Secretary and Coordinator of Tender Committee- Assist in the process of reviewing and signing of all agreements.- Land /properties surveying, assist in logistic operation and asset management- Develop and implement system solutions and develop standard administrative practices

Profile

- Degree in relevant field- 10 years experience in Procurement and Contracting in a reputed Bank, with at least three years experience in a similar position.- High level of English communication skills. - Arabic is preferred.- GCC experience is preferred.
