HR Specialist (( Saudis Only ))


The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for performing a variety of routine human resources clerical duties; prepares new hire documentation; performs new employee orientation; processes employee times cards; issues, receives and distributes mail and correspondence; gathers data and compiles various reports for management; photocopies materials; maintains files; orders supplies; answers the telephone and assists with employee questions or inquiries; and promotes and maintains good employee relations. Performing Administrative Activities - Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork.Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations. Providing assistant for any new required tasks - assessment
