Click Aviation Network DMCC are looking to recruit an experienced Finance Manager to join our exciting team. The Finance Manager will report directly to the CEO. Your key responsibilities are to provide leadership and support to the finance team and the company on all financial aspects and to ensure implementation of strategy and operational plan.

Job Description

 Assists in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management, budget and accounting.

 Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements.

 Undertaking strategic analysis and assisting with strategic planning.

 Supervising staff.

 Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance;

 Analysing competitors and market trends.

 Developing financial management mechanisms that minimise financial risk.

 Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers etc.

 Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines.

 Keeping updated of changes in financial regulations and legislation.

 Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.

 Oversee all payroll functions to ensure that employees are paid in a timely and accurate manner.

 Manage the employee insurance and benefits plans.

 Understand ethical behaviour and business practices and ensure own behaviour and the behaviour of others is consistent with these standards and aligns with the values of the organization.

 Ensures that an adequate control structure is in place over the transactions of funds.

 Maintains a documented system of accounting policies and procedures

 Manages outsourced functions.

 Designs an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives.
