Technical Manager - Ready Mix Concrete

• Supervising quality control activities in lab, batching plants and on site;



• Developing, monitoring and reviewing all inspection and testing plans;



• Designing innovative concrete mix designs;



• Carrying out research and development of raw materials and products to enable cost reduction and substitute materials;



• Business development including direct contact with clients and consultants to assess requirements and develop practical solutions;



• Advising top management and making recommendations;



• Liaising with production and sales departments; and



• Overseeing employee training.
